The Lancashire Cluster of United Learning Trust Schools, Accrington Academy, Marsden Heights Community College and The Hyndburn Academy are seeking to appoint a Personal Guidance Officer to provide impartial, personalised careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) to students, enabling them to make informed decisions about education, training and employment pathways. The postholder will support students to raise aspirations, develop skills and progress successfully into positive destinations.
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering an excellent service, can manage multiple priorities effectively and maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be committed to helping every child fulfil their potential and to bringing out 'the best in everyone' and playing an active role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
