This dynamic role involves direct customer communication and proactive issue resolution. Suitable candidates should possess strong communication skills and ideally hold certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA.

Weekly site visits are mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 1st or 2nd Line support role providing support on networking issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Awareness of ITIL or ITIL foundation certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical resource for customers, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Deepen your knowledge across a range of vendor technologies.
• Own the end-to-end resolution process, managing faults within SLAs.
• Provide proactive customer communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Take ownership of monitoring platforms, identifying issues proactively.
