Certain Advantage in Widnes is seeking a CAD Technician to join a small, experienced team on a permanent, site-based basis. You will create drawing packs for production and works orders, decide drawing types (2D/3D) and support the production process.

You should have sheetmetal/fabrication CAD experience, CAD software qualifications, and be comfortable liaising with customers. The role offers career progression and a salary up to £32,500 per year.

Responsibilities

• Drawing packs for production and works orders.
• Decide on types of drawings for the job or project—2D, 3D or other.
• Check customer requirements, technical questions (TQ's).
• Design part profiles on software RADAN, subcon, punch or manual work.
• Oversee the production process.
