Zenith is seeking an instructor to design and deliver vocational, employability and career development sessions, both Accredited and non-accredited. You will work with employers to shape pre-employment training, monitor learner progress and support progression paths.

The role requires a Level 3 teaching qualification (or higher) and willingness to obtain IAG Level 2+. Strong organisation, communication skills and MS Office proficiency are essential, along with a valid driving licence for travel

Qualifications

• Recent experience in delivering and assessing accredited qualifications, employability and career development.
• Hold or be willing to work towards Level 2 or above in IAG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality vocational, employability and career development sessions (accredited and non-accredited).
• Liaise with employers on pre-employment training requirements.
• Support achievement of targets for learner retention and success.
• Complete attendance registers and progress reviews.
• Monitor learner progress and ensure timely achievement.
• Follow processes and meet contractual deadlines.
• Provide CEIAG to support learner progression.
