Zenith is seeking an experienced trainer to design and deliver vocational, employability and career development sessions (accredited and non-accredited). You will work with employers to shape pre-employment training and support learners toward interviews and assessments, aligning with contractual targets and organisational aims.

You will promote safeguarding, British values, numeracy and literacy, provide CEIAG, and ensure records and paperwork are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Recent experience delivering accredited qualifications and employability training.
• Hold a Level 3 teaching qualification or above; IAG Level 2+ preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Able to motivate learners and adapt to different learning styles.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver vocational, employability and career development sessions (accredited and non-accredited).
• Liaise with employers to develop pre-employment training to meet requirements.
• Support learner retention and success rate targets.
• Complete attendance registers and progress reviews.
• Promote safeguarding, British values, prevent, numeracy and literacy in all sessions.
• Provide CEIAG to support learner progression.
• Travel to required locations and work flexible hours.
