Qualifications

• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Experience in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet customers/employers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and support a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers; create tailored action plans to progress into employment.
• Provide one-to-one guidance including CV writing, interview prep and skills development.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with participants and local employers to identify job opportunities; signpost to internal and external support.
