Job summary

Seetec Group in Wiltshire is seeking an Employment Adviser to support participants in moving into work. You will manage a diverse caseload, provide tailored guidance, build confidence and help individuals overcome barriers to employment.

The role emphasises customer service excellence, meeting targets, and delivering SMART action plans while working across multiple offices in Wiltshire. 37 hours per week with a permanent contract and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local labour market in the specified geographical areas.
• Basic awareness of self-employment and related support pathways.
• Fully IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven success in a target-driven environment.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver services in line with contractual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of customers, providing tailored support to help them overcome barriers and move towards sustainable employment.
• Deliver a positive customer experience, encouraging engagement with the programme and its services.
• Conduct assessments to understand each customer's circumstances, strengths, ambitions and employment goals.
• Develop and review personalised SMART Action Plans to support positive and timely progression.
• Provide tailored job search, employability and interview preparation support to help customers secure suitable employment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all compliance, contractual and quality standards are met.
• Use local labour market knowledge to identify suitable employment opportunities and support successful job outcomes.
• Meet and strive to exceed individual performance targets and customer service standards.
