Job summary

Fedcap UK is a not-for-profit organisation helping people back into work, delivering tailored, one-to-one support under the Restart Scheme. This onsite role in High Wycombe focuses on motivating unemployed individuals, overcoming barriers and guiding them toward sustainable employment.

You will manage a diverse caseload, create SMART action plans, and work with external services to tackle challenges while meeting contractual and quality standards.

Qualifications

• A background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
• Ability to build rapport and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, incl. those with complex needs.
• Experience of working in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain records.
• Resilience and a growth mindset, and a real passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) - with plenty of support along the way
• Manage a caseload of customers, with face-to-face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching support
• Help build confidence, develop skills and change mindsets
• Collaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers
