Job summary

Destinydot is seeking Homecare Assistants in the United Kingdom for sponsorship switch opportunities. The role offers full-time hours, caring for clients in their own homes, with induction and ongoing training in a supportive family-run environment.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of care experience, hold a full UK driving licence, and demonstrate empathy, reliability and teamwork. The position includes a guaranteed 37.5 hours per week and benefits such as pension contributions and staff

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience caring for others.
• Full UK driving licence (with access to a car or motorbike/moped).
• Empathy and a positive attitude in the workplace.
• Team player and willingness to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level care and support to people living in their own homes.
• Assist clients with bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Help with grocery shopping, laundry and other home chores.
• Prepare and serve meals at the correct times.
• Arrange and dispense medicines.
• Work with other health and social care providers to give the best care possible.
• Complete accurate, complete and truthful visit notes.
