Job summary

Linkers Health is seeking Care Workers in Tonbridge, Kent to provide person-centred care in a range of settings. You will support residents with daily activities, personal care, meals, and companionship, while maintaining independence and dignity.

We welcome candidates with empathy; no prior care experience required though NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a big advantage. Full UK driving license preferred; right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification is required.

About the job Care Worker - Tonbridge, Kent

Linkers Health is seeking Care workers (No Sponsorship offered) with empathy and dignity. We are looking to recruit candidates that are passionate, have empathy and compassion to improve the lives of others. within a variety of care settings to a wide number of clients, all with individual needs; you could be supporting people with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia and providing care for older people.

Linkers Health requires a number of Care Workers to join our team. This is an essential role with high responsibility. An ideal candidate would have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others. As a Care Worker, you will provide person centered care and support to assist residents to maintain their independence including personal care, mealtimes, and activities whilst also providing a listening ear to those who need it most.

Work Location: Tonbridge, Kent

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Flexible shifts to fit around you full or part-time, days, nights and weekends

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour to £14.50 per hour
