Job summary

Linkers Health is seeking Care Workers to provide person-centered care in Gravesend, Kent. You will support residents with personal care, meals, activities, and companionship, helping them maintain independence in a compassionate, empathetic way.

Flexible part-time shifts (20 hours per week) days, nights and weekends; driving license preferred; DBS required; sponsorship not available.

Linkers Health is seeking Care workers (No Sponsorship offered) with empathy and dignity. We are looking to recruit candidates that are passionate, have empathy and compassion to improve the lives of others. within a variety of care settings to a wide number of clients, all with individual needs; you could be supporting people with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia and providing care for older people.

Linkers Health requires a number of Care Workers to join our team. This is an essential role with high responsibility. An ideal candidate would have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others. As a Care Worker, you will provide person centered care and support to assist residents to maintain their independence including personal care, mealtimes, and activities whilst also providing a listening ear to those who need it most.

Work Location:Gravesend, Kent

• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (Preferred)
