Job summary

The position is permanent, 30 hours per week, onsite at Martin Jackaman Centre in Nottingham, with pro rata salary of £26,427 to £27,274 depending on level. DBS check required.

Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Care Plans and maintaining running records.
  • Ability to support citizens to achieve independence and maintain contact with friends and community.
  • Understanding the rights, needs and feelings of vulnerable adults from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to follow instructions, policies, procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Care Plans and monitor running records and daily monitoring forms.
  • Work one-to-one with citizens, particularly with learning disabilities.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity of care and treatment.
