About the Role

Care Workers at Level 1 implement Care Plans, report any concerns or issues that prevent adherence to care plans, and monitor the care and welfare of citizens. They record accurate information on running records, communication books, and monitoring charts (e.g., weight, falls, and other electronic or written communications).

Care Workers at this level are also expected to collaborate with other professionals, citizens, and their families or support networks to ensure coordinated care and support.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in implementing Care Plans and maintaining accurate records;
  • The ability to encourage and support citizens to achieve and/or maintain independence and stay connected with friends, family, and community;
  • Knowledge of the rights, needs, and feelings of vulnerable adults from diverse backgrounds;
  • Ability to follow all instructions, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

An enhanced DBS check for regulated activity is required for this position.
