Job summary

Mears Group PLC is seeking a Female Domiciliary Care Worker to join our Bristol team. A driving license and access to a car are essential as workers visit service users in their homes across the Lawrence Weston and Shirehampton area.

The role offers a zero hour contract with a competitive hourly rate of £13.45 plus 35p per mile. No experience is required as full training is provided, and we support carers with a full benefits package.

Female Domiciliary Care Worker

Holding a Driving License and having access to a car is ESSENTIAL for this role!

Hourly rate: £13.45

Location: Covering the Lawrence Weston and Shirehampton area.

Contract: Zero hour contract.

Salary: £13.45 an hour plus 35p per mile between care calls and company benefits.

About The Role

Care Workers really make a difference to the lives of our service users, offering a highly personal service that enables people to live as independently as possible by providing the best standards of care and support.

• Assisting with all elements of personal care, to ensure service users are supported in being as independent as possible in preparation for their day ahead
• Assisting service users with getting washed and dressed, preparing meals
• Prompting and assistance with taking medication
• Light household tasks
• Light Cleaning
• Gardening if required and able to
• Budgeting for finance
• Taking then shopping
• Day trips to the beach
• Offering companionship and helping build service users confidence and independence
