Job summary

Mears Group is seeking Support Workers in Peterhead to join our team, offering a mix of full-time, part-time and weekend shifts. A full UK driving licence is preferred due to the rural location.

Hourly rate: £13.72. Roles require PVG checks; all positions operate on a zero hours contract with full and part-time hours available.

• Accompany service users to appointments, clubs and community activities.
• Organise and participate in day trips and social outings.
• Support with hobbies and interests including arts and crafts, gardening and sports.
• Encourage engagement in social visits to restaurants, pubs and local events.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.

About The Role

Mears Group provides housing and care services across the UK, with a strong focus on supported living. We’re currently looking for Support Workers in Peterhead to join our team. There will be a mixture of Full Time, Part Time and weekend shifts. Because of the rural location, a full UK driving licence is preferred.

Contract type: Zero hours
Hours: Full & Part time hours available.
