Job summary

AQS Homecare Southampton is seeking compassionate Home Care Assistants to support vulnerable adults in the Southampton area. Experience is not essential; kindness, empathy, and a commitment to making a positive difference are what matter most.

You will join a friendly, supportive team with dedicated local managers. We offer comprehensive training, paid DBS checks, and flexible hours with competitive pay: £14.00 per hour weekdays and £14.20 per hour weekends, plus enhanced Bank Holiday rates.
