Qualifications

Protocol Education is working with an "Outstanding" (Ofsted 2019) school in Ealing that is looking for Care Workers to support students with learning difficulties across Primary, Secondary, and over 16s age groups.

We are seeking creative, driven, and passionate individuals who can assist the class teacher and help maintain a supportive educational environment.

The successful applicant will:

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Maintain a calm and consistent approach
• Actively promote safeguarding and equality
• Work well within a team and use own initiative to manage tasks effectively
• Liaise professionally with parents and other professionals
• Follow care guidelines such as hoisting, manual handling, and administering medications
• Preferably have experience with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition), PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disorders), and MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), though this is not essential
• Experience in elderly care or nursing will also be considered
