Position Details
  • Title: Children's Care Worker
  • Location: East Clandon, Surrey
  • Hours: 37.5 hours full-time (part-time weekend work available)
  • Salary: £27,000 - £31,500 per annum (33 days annual leave)

The successful Children's Care Worker will join an experienced team that is supportive, guiding you through challenges and inspiring you to work hard each day.

Students seeking a sandwich year placement or part-time job are welcome. Bank staff applications are also accepted.

Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will be part of a team caring for children and young people receiving respite care, engaging in activities like playing, reading, dancing, and painting, supporting vulnerable children and giving their families a much-needed break.

Shift Patterns
  • Early shift: 7am - 2:15pm
  • Late shift: 1:45pm - 9pm
  • Day shift: 10am - 6pm
  • Night staff positions are also available

Shift patterns are typically three-week cycles, with time off during Christmas and other specified holiday periods aligned with house closures.

Full training is provided, including the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Diploma and develop your career with us.

Please note: The Children's Care Worker position requires an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
