Overview

Verity Healthcare Limited is a domiciliary care company operating with trained care workers who attend to the needs of our service users in their own homes. We work with Local Authorities, NHS, CCGS, private hospitals, and private clients to provide a wide range of care services to help clients maintain independence in their homes. We are recruiting passionate and caring healthcare assistants who share our values of kindness, accountability, excellence, and passion, and who exhibit a positive attitude in providing quality care and support for less able individuals.

Role: Domiciliary Care Worker – Door-to-Door. Required to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities in their own homes (door-to-door).
• Assist clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene.
• Assist clients in getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.
• Assist with medication at the agreed level of support and as detailed in the client\'s Medication Care Needs Assessment.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records concerning care, medication support, and tasks undertaken.
• Prepare food and drink for the client, considering preferences, nutritional needs, and cultural requirements.
• Provide light general household duties, including housework and laundry, as detailed in the care plan or as instructed by Management.
• Observe health and safety rules and promote safety for self and others; raise concerns to the Field Care Supervisor.
• Perform any other duties requested by Senior Management within the scope of the post.

• Full-Time Contract — 45 hours per week

• Hourly pay: £12.75–£13.10
