About this job
The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Care Technology Service, acting as the intermediary between Medequip and internal departments around operational issues to support the overarching Vision and Ambition defined by Care and Support Commissioning. Importantly, this individual will act as the conduit between the service provider and Operational Social Care, My Place and Community Solutions as the service develops over the contract term. The postholder will be LBBD’s operational ‘face’ of the Care Technology service, supporting the delivery of the Operational workstream of the overarching Digital Transformation Strategy. This includes taking ownership for the delivery of actions from the Board, and providing performance monitoring data into corporate reporting. Additionally, the postholder will act as the gatekeeper for technology and equipment ordering and financial monitoring.
