Job summary

Medequip Connect in Rawtenstall is seeking a Contact Centre Operator to respond to alarms and calls, delivering professional, empathetic support and ensuring high-quality customer service.

You will work 38.5 hours per week on a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, with ongoing training and development within a forward-thinking care provider that empowers people to live independently and safely.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Team player with a passion for helping others and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Resolve client and customer queries with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with TSA Quality Standards and British Standards.
• Monitor TEC devices and applications.
• Escalate safeguarding concerns and complaints appropriately.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.
• Build knowledge of the Health & Social Care sector and Medequip Connect’s services.
