Aspirations Care Limited is seeking a Team Manager (Driver essential) to lead multiple support teams across Colchester, ensuring person-centred care and continuous service improvement. You’ll coach staff, review care plans, liaise with families and professionals, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while promoting a compassionate, collaborative culture.

You'll need a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), and be a driver with access to your own vehicle to travel between services.

Formación

• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• A driver with access to their own vehicle (essential for travel between services).
• Experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
• Skilled in managing teams, developing staff, and driving service improvements.
• Passionate about person-centred care and positive outcomes.
