Responsibilities

• Lead the home ensuring services meet company policies and National Care Standards Commission requirements.
• Actively participate in care and housekeeping duties, promoting dignity, privacy and independence.
• Oversee domestic operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
