Job summary

Lifeways Care Team Leader – Residential position in Coventry offers a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with pay of £14.25 per hour. You will lead a team to deliver person-centred care alongside the Service Manager, shaping daily care delivery and staff development.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a Care Team Leader, Senior Support Worker, or similar role.
• Commitment to delivering person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care.
• Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives.
• Support recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, professionals and families.
• Maintain accurate records with strong written and IT skills.
