Lifeways is seeking a Care Team Leader for Tiverton to lead and support a team delivering person-centred care. You will work alongside the Service Manager in daily leadership and service management, with opportunities for qualifications and career progression.

The role requires experience in care, driving licence, and a proactive approach to team development and service delivery. Training and development are provided by Lifeways.

Qualifications

• Must have care sector experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication; IT literacy for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of care staff.
• Oversee day-to-day management and ensure high-quality person-centred care.
• Recruitment, supervision and staff development; liaise with service manager.
