Job summary

Fairfield Residential Home in Oxford is seeking a Care Team Leader (Nights) to supervise the night shift and ensure high standards of care for residents.

You will oversee medication management, support a compassionate team, and help maintain a warm, safe environment in line with our not-for-profit ethos. The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and previous care experience.

Care Team Leader - Nights

Location: Oxford

Salary: £40,675 per annum

Hours: 41.25 over a two-week rota

Closing date: Monday 5th October

We are currently seeking a Care Team Leader (Nights) to join our dedicated Care Team.

The ideal candidate will have a warm, kind and positive approach when working with both residents and colleagues. They will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent care, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to lead and support the team effectively.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong experience in medication management
