Job summary

Fairfield Residential Home in Oxford is seeking a Care Team Leader (Nights) to guide and support a dedicated care team. You will oversee night shifts, ensure high standards of care, and manage medication routines with compassion and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will bring a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, a warm approach to residents, and proven experience in a care setting. Applications close on 5 October 2026.

Location: Oxford

Salary : A GBP 40,675 per annum

Hours : 41.25 over a two:week rota

We are currently seeking a Care Team Leader (Nights) to join our dedicated Care Team.

The ideal candidate will have a warm, kind and positive approach when working with both residents and colleagues. They will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent care, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to lead and support the team effectively.

The Successful Candidate Will Have
