Job Description:

We are seeking a Care Team Leader for night shifts at our Middlesbrough location. The role involves overseeing waking night shifts, managing staff, conducting medication procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The shifts are 3 x 12.25 hours over a 7-day period, on a 3-week rolling rota. NVQ Level 3 and medication qualification are essential. Uniform and training are provided.
