RMBI Care Co. in Bournemouth is seeking a Care Team Leader (Nights) to inspire and guide a dedicated care team in providing safe, person-centred support for residents.

This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating handovers, allocating staff and mentoring carers to deliver high-quality care, while maintaining dignity and respect for residents and building trust with families and colleagues. You should have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (with progression to Level 3) and proven

About the Role

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate and guide the care team to deliver exceptional support to residents each day. You'll oversee handovers, allocate staff effectively and ensure each resident's needs are met with dignity, respect and consistency.

You'll mentor and supervise carers, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to provide the highest standard of care.

You'll lead by example-auditing care plans, managing medication safely, welcoming new residents and communicating effectively with families, GPs and multi-disciplinary professionals.
