Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide a team of Support Workers and deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will oversee daily operations, manage rotas, and liaise with families and professionals to promote independence and dignity.

Ideal candidates have a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, strong communication and organisation skills, and lead by example. Shifts include 7:00-14:30 and 14:30-22:00 with rota-based flexible coverage.
