Lifeways Group in Somerset seeks a dedicated Care Team Leader to support our Supported Living service. You will lead and motivate a team of Support Workers, deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support recruitment and staff development.

Communications with colleagues, service users and external professionals are essential, along with maintaining accurate records using digital systems to ensure safe, effective care delivery.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or equivalent required.
• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker preferred.
• Willingness to train and progress within the role.
