Lifeways in Halifax is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager and oversee our Supported Living services. The role focuses on leading a team of Support Workers, delivering high-quality, person-centred care and driving staff development.

We offer a full-time 37.5 hour week, funded qualifications, DBS paid by the company, cycle to work, gym discounts, and a range of rewards and benefits. Applicants with NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
