Brendoncare Foundation in Alton is seeking motivated Care Team Leaders to guide our care teams and ensure safe, person‑centred care on every shift. You’ll lead with clinical awareness, coaching, and hands-on experience in a charitable, people‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Ready to take the next step in care leadership.
• Experience in leading care teams and delivering safe, person‑centred care.
• CHAPs training funded and ongoing coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Support, guide and develop care teams to ensure safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care on every shift.
• Utilise clinical awareness and people skills to lead by example.
• Coach others and lead by example to raise care standards.
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with care home policies.
