Job summary

Brendoncare are recruiting Care Team Leaders to support, guide and develop our care teams. You will help ensure safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care across every shift with a focus on clinical awareness and hands‑on leadership.

We offer CHAPs training and ongoing coaching as you grow into the role, with development opportunities in a charity setting that values people over profit and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop care teams to ensure safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care across every shift.
• Coach and support staff to improve performance and confidence.
• Ensure appropriate medication administration and clinical oversight as part of daily operations.

What is Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill like?

Brendoncare Otterbourne Courtis a new care home in Hampshire, nestled in the village of Otterbourne. The residential home provides bothdementia andnursing carefor up to 64 residents in a family‑like environment, filled with opportunities for friendship and a sense of community.

For a home-from-home feel, Otterbourne Court is divided into smaller households of 16 bedrooms. Our experience over the last 35 years has shown that these smaller households create a lovely family‑like atmosphere. At Otterbourne Court, eachhousehold includes a selection of communal areas and facilities where you can socialise with other residents. There are also other spaces for quieter occupations and tranquillity.

The layout of the households has been specifically designed to help people find their way around easily. Outside, the gardens and terraces are a real feature.
