Job summary

Brendoncare Alton is a well-established charity care home delivering nursing, dementia and residential care. We are recruiting Care Team Leaders to support, guide and develop our care teams, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care across every shift and leading by example.

You will receive fully funded CHAPs training and ongoing coaching as you grow into the leadership role, with a team that supports development and progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification required.
• Wants to step into leadership with structured support and training.
• Competent in administering medication.
• Experience leading care teams and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Support, guide and develop care teams to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care across every shift.
• Lead by example and coach others to raise performance and confidence.
• Contribute to the development of the team and resident care plans.

• 10%hourly enhancement for night shifts and weekend shifts

What is Brendoncare Alton like?

Brendoncare Alton is a well‑established care home located close to the town centre, delivering high-quality nursing, dementia, residential respite and end of life care.

There are 80 single en‑suite nursing and dementia bedrooms at Brendoncare Alton. Our nursing home consists of five self‑contained households, ensuring every resident feels safe and at home in a home‑like atmosphere within the small family units.
