Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Care Team Leader for our Supported Living Services in Stourport. You will lead a team of Support Workers, shape day-to-day care delivery, and work closely with the Service Manager to drive person-centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with a Care qualification.
• Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and digital platforms.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and oversee recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centred care.
• Ensure individuals supported live fulfilling, independent lives.
• Oversee recruitment, staff development, and supervision.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide coaching and guidance.
• Communicate effectively with staff, people we support, and external professionals.
• Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills.
