Job summary

Lifeways in Stourport-on-Severn is looking for a Care Team Leader to guide our supported living services. You will work alongside the Service Manager to shape day-to-day care delivery, support your team’s development, and help people we support achieve independent, meaningful lives.

We welcome experienced leaders or carers ready to progress, with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, strong communication, and confidence in leading teams. Lifeways offers real career progression and valued leadership.

Qualifications

• Have experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Or are experienced Care Assistants/Carers with a strong track record and ambition to progress

Care Team Leader – Supported Living Services, Stourport

Contract: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Shifts: Early, late, and sleep-in shifts on a rota basis (07:00-14:30/14:30-22:00)
