Job summary

Lifeways Group in Rutherglen is seeking a motivated Care Team Leader to support the Registered Manager in a 9-bedroom residential service. You will lead a team of support workers, ensure high standards of person-centred care, oversee recruitment and staff development, and maintain accurate records.

This is an on-site role at Castle Street, Rutherglen. Ideal candidates will have NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care and proven leadership in care, with strong IT and communication skills to document care
