Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a Care Team Leader to oversee a team of Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of care for residents. You will lead, coordinate, and monitor care plans, maintain accurate records, and liaise with home leadership to support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager.

The role emphasizes person-centred and dementia care, requiring strong organisational skills and a positive approach. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
