Runwood Homes is a leading provider of residential and dementia care across England. We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to oversee a team of Care Assistants, deliver person-centred care, and maintain high standards of safety and independence for residents.

You will manage care plans, support the Home Manager, handle medication duties and audits, and contribute to staff development through training and on-going supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in dementia care and leading teams.
• Strong organisational and people skills.
• Ability to plan and provide high-quality person-centred care.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Plan and provide care that keeps residents safe, respected, and independent.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Handle medication administration and support medication audits.
• Support Home Manager and Deputy Manager and contribute to staff development.
