Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader at Pitcairn Lodge, Westhill. The role supports residents, leads a care team, and delivers personalised care according to care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
• Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
• Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
• Make leisure and social activities part of every day
• Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
• Communicate clearly and work flexibly with residents and team
• Be a team player who values collaboration and treats residents with dignity
