Lifeways in Peterlee is seeking a Care Team Leader to support the Service Manager and lead a team of Support Workers in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a well-established service.

You will recruit and develop staff, maintain accurate digital records, and build strong relationships with service users and professionals. The role includes funded training and clear career progression within Lifeways.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required.
• Ambitious candidates with a track record and a desire to progress will be supported with training and development.
• Experience leading a care team and delivering high-quality, person-centred care is essential.
