Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Care Team Leader in Peterlee to assist the Service Manager in overseeing a well‑established service. This permanent, full‑time role offers a supportive environment with career progression and extensive benefits.

You will lead a team of Support Workers, ensure high‑quality person‑centred care and contribute to staff recruitment and development. DBS is paid for by the company and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Ambitious Support Workers or Care Assistants with a strong track record and a desire to progress – training and development provided.
