Lifeways is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in Peterlee. You will lead a team of Support Workers and ensure high-quality, person-centred care within our established service.

We offer a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with progression opportunities, funded Health and Social Care qualifications, a free DBS check, and a range of staff benefits including discounts, pension contributions, and paid training days.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required.
