Job summary

Lifeways is looking for a Care Team Leader at Warrens Shawe Lane in Edgware. You’ll lead a team of Support Workers delivering person-centred care to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and other conditions, with 12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm, seven days (alternate weekends).

You’ll recruit, train, supervise, and support staff; promote independence and wellbeing for residents; and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with care standards. Salary £13.31 per hour.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
