Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a compassionate Team Leader for the Butler Court Extra Care scheme in Manchester. You will supervise care workers, schedule workloads, assist with Medication and personal care, and support clients in the community.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and a successful Enhanced DBS check. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous for occasional travel.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required; progression to Level 3 encouraged.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to meet clients' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, run meetings and provide support to Care Workers.
• Schedule and allocate work to ensure personalised care for each client.
• Assist with medication and personal care tasks as required.
• Provide community-based support as part of the care package.
