Job summary

The Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Team Leader for Earlsfield Court, a 72-bed luxury care home in the UK. You will supervise teams, ensure person-centred care, support families, and drive training opportunities. This is a hands-on, non-supernumerary role with a pathway into deputy management.

NVQ 3 is essential; NVQ 4 in Care or QCF Level 4 Diploma in Management is desirable. Full-time, on-site role with paid breaks, uniforms, and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 essential; NVQ 4 in Care and Registered Managers Award or QCF Level 4 Diploma in Management is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the resident assessment process with the Deputy Manager and involve the resident in needs and preferences.
• Ensure accurate, person-centred care plans with up-to-date information communicated to the team.
• Work hands-on with the team to maintain appropriate levels of care at all times.
• Lead and manage medication administration processes with robust auditing and identify training needs.
• Assist in recruiting care staff, manage contracted hours and monitor ongoing recruitment.
