Qualifications

• We welcome applications from experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience leading teams in supported living or care settings is desirable
• Ability to coordinate recruitment and staff development with a proactive approach
