Lifeways Group is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in overseeing the Supported Living Service in Gonerby. This full-time role offers a pathway to grow within a caring, values-driven organization and includes a pay rate of £13.86 per hour.

You will lead a team of Support Workers, deliver person-centred care and help with recruitment and staff development, while maintaining accurate records with digital systems in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) required.
• Experience leading a team of support workers.
• Commitment to person-centred, high-quality care.
