We're Hiring – Care Team Leader(Days) at Kingfisher Court!

Nestled in the heart of Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kingfisher Court is a modern, purpose-built residential care home offering first-class residential and dementia care for up to 66 residents. With luxurious facilities, private landscaped gardens, and a warm, friendly atmosphere, our home provides a peaceful and engaging environment for those in our care.
We’re currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Care Team Leader– Day Shifts (8am–8pm).The rolefollow a rolling 3 days on, 3 days off pattern, averaging 42 hours per week.
What you’ll do:
As a Team Leader at Kingfisher Court, you’ll be instrumental in managing your shift and leading by example to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You'll work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the well-being, safety, and dignity of our residents.
